University Training Module 8 Presenting Skills

60 second buy in. Become a presenter now and develop presenters and create people better than you.

The nine most important proven keys to becoming and effective presenter:
1 .Developing new skills takes time, no one is a natural
2. Accelerate your learning – Always have a voice recorder and journal.
3. Turn your car into a mobile classroom - listen to personal development
4. 5 M’s = more meetings means more money
5. Guard your mind – eliminate negative self-talk
6. only give positive feedback, avoid negative criticism
7. How you do anything is how you do everything!
8. The time will never be “just right” so start presenting today!
9 You don’t want to be the king, you want to be the king maker.

Stage 1 Open
2. Answer: Is it real? Can I do it? What is in it for me?
3. Make the product the superstar.
4. Show them Seacret is their solution.

Stage 3 Close
8. Ask open door questions (What, when, where, why, how)
9. Be a great listener. Give physical and spoken feedback.
10. Remember your body never lies so be confident. Lean forward.

Always start your presentation with the close.
“Right now, I’m going to give you enough information to make an educated decision if Seacret can help change you and your family’s financial future. With you taking up your time and of course me taking up my time when we are all finished today give me a simple yes or a simple no. Obviously, because you and I both know maybe or think about it is just a nice way of saying no. Is that fair with you?
Look them in the eyes and get a firm handshake.

How you can close the believability gap.
1. identify
2. attack and confess
3. logic and reason
4. call to action

12 proven steps on how you can become an effective presenter:
1 . understanding is the first part of influencing
3. Open them up to something different
4. Decision making is 20% logic and 80% emotion
9. Educate. Entertainment. Inspired.
10. Make fun of yourself
11. Give commercials for the next event.
12 . People don’t care what you have done. They care about where you are going.

1. Confidence. Urgency. Fear of loss.
2. Have the application ready.
3. Expect the special agent pack.
12. if you don’t get the close, leave them happy and get them to the next event

Seven proven steps to successfully filling out an application and receiving payment:
1. Always fill out the application for your guest, never ask them if they want to fill out the application. Always expect them to get started.
2. Have their blank application ready in your notepad that you are taking notes in.
3. Gently and politely tap your guest on their knee
4. Be confident, stick out your hand, look them in the eyes and say,” Did you see a way to make some serious money?” Use a cushion to overcome objections like Feel, Felt, Found
5. When filling out the application. Instead of saying “How do you spell your name” say “what name do you want to appear on your checks.”
6. instead of saying sign here, simply say “auto-graph here”.
7. When you get to the payment section of the application with confidence say “How did you want take care of the financial commitment mastercard or visa.” Stick out your 2 fingers and motion for them to give you their card.

Tell me about what’s happening. ”Why”

B
Successful
Meeting
Conduct

C
Successful
Closing & Graduate from Seacret University

Unlock your potential.

Look at everyone as they have “Help Me” written on their forehead.

Be 100% Confident! Everyone will be afraid not to join you if they know, that you know where you are going!

Lear how to “next” people! SW, SW, SW, SW, SW, SWN Some will, some won’t, some wait, so what, someone’s waiting, so who’s next

Speed and exposure – whoever has the most urgency will win! Ready…fire..aim

Now is the time! If you don’t recruit then someone else will!

Secret to success = T.T.M.P. (Talk to more people) You can’t say the right thing to the wrong person and you can’t say the wrong thing to the right person.

Ignorance on fire bets intelligence on ice! People willl be more impressed with your height of enthusiasm than your depth of knowledge. You will scare 1 out of 10 by being too excited but you will scare 9 out of 10 by not being excited enough.

Six proven reasons why you want to use scripts and roleplaying.
1. Everything successful is scripted – Movies, shows, commercials, songs, even Mc Donald’s uses scripts.
2. Scripts give new agents confidence and a road map to follow.
3. Role play 10x with your new agents. How you do anything is how you do everything.
4. Scripts saves new agents from “fire-hosing” their closes friends.
5. Practice perfection, but when inviting add your normal language.
6. It takes all the pressure off and guess work out for your new agents to figure out what to say.

Seven steps to successful inviting
1. Discover hot buttons (use F.O.R.M.)
2. Create Urgency ( Busy. I was on my way out the door).
3. Pique interest. (If I could show you how…would you be interested?)
4. Qualify (Are you serious or kidding?)
5. Take away. (Qualify or for you)
6. Alternative choice (option 1 or option 2)
7. Tie down. (Don’t make me look bad.)

Pique and edify (3-way), pass (3-way), Present (close), Seacret University (Rank Advance)

The only difference between the #1 money earner and you is the #1 money earner has rank advanced more people to stars.

Nine Proven Steps to successful meeting conduct
1. visualize your friends getting started
2. pick up your guests
3. clean your car
4. be early
5. edify your guests
6. sit in the front
7. take notes
8. participate
9. fill out application

Six proven steps to closing:
1. Ask a closing question! (be quiet) Ready to make money? Welcome to the team.

2. Assumptive close. (fill out app) “Autograph here.”

3. Isolate objection. Only thing.

4. Cuasion. F.F.F. Feel, Felt, Found.

5. Overcome objections.

6. Receive payment.

How you can develop 20/20 vision. Personally sponsor 20 agents on your right and 20 agents on your left and duplicate 20/20 vision in your organization.

What makes the difference? The only ___ – ____

John Schnatter said: ”It’s my job to build the people who are going to _____ the company.”

Leaders who develop FOLLOWERS:
Need to be needed
Focus on weakness
Develop the bottom 20%
Treat people the same for fairness
Hoard power.
spend time with others
grow by addition
Impact only people they touch.

Leaders who develop LEADERS:
Need to be succeeded
focus on strength
develop top 20%
treat people as individuals
give power away
invest time with others
grow by multiplication
impact only people beyond their reach.

character driven people:
do right, then feel good
are commitment driven
make principle based decisions
actions controls attitude
believe it then see it
create momentum
ask what are my responsibility
attitude controls actions
see it then believe it
ask what are my rights
quit when problems arrive
are moody
are followers

Four common traits of insecure leaders
1. they don’t provide security for others
2. they take more from people than they give
3. they continually limit their best people
4. they continually limit the organization

Week 1 – upline leader does 100% and new leader watches and learns
Week 2 – upline leader does 80% and new leader does 20%
Week 3 – upline leader does 20% and new leader does 80%
Week 4 – upline leader watches and admires and new leader does 100%

As you rise in leadership, responsibility increases and rights decrease.

D.W.Y.S.Y.W.D. = Do what you said you will do.

(prospects name) I think I found a way for you to (hot button). (Prospects name) If I could show you a way to (hot button) would you be interested? Are you serious or just kidding? (Prospects name) Look I am not sure if you would be qualified or if it is for you, but I just met a successful businessperson that might be able to show you a way to (hot button). When would be a better time for us to meet with them tonight at 6pm or is tonight at 6:30 pm better? (Always give 2 choices)

Step 3 Tie down
(Prospects name) Look, I will come by and pick you up, becuase they will be coming in from out of town to meet with you. Please don’t make me look bad, I know you are reliable so can definitely count on you to be ready at (time) right?

Step 4 Objections

What is it?
Trust me (Prospects name), this could be a way for you to (hot button). You said you were serious, you are serious about (hot button) aren’t you? Okay, when would be the better time for us to meet tonight at 6pm or 6:30PM tonight be better?

I am not interested!
Of course you are not interested, (prospects name) If you were interested you would be calling me. I didn’t call to see if you were interested, called to see when we can get together and get you the information that is going to get you interested. Look, when would be the better time for us to meet tonight at 6PM or 6:30PM tonight?

I am busy!
(Prospects name) I know you are busy but this person is super busy, so what you want to do is cancel your plans so we can meet. When would be a better time for us to meet tonight at 6PM or is tonight at 6:30PM better?

Is this one of “those things”?
Do you like those things? Great (prospects name) then you will love this. This is a way for you to (hot button). You said you were serious, you are serious about (hot button) aren’t you? …Okay, when would be the better time for us to meet tonight at 6pm or is tonight at 6:30PM better?

Jim Rohn said: “If you want to be wealthy, learn this lesson well: Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job. Skills makes labor more valuable.”

1. Be 2. Do 3. Have

How you can avoid the attitude roller coaster.
1. Don’t let your lows get too low and don’t let your high’s get too high.
2. Remember people won’t follow people that can’t control their emotions.
3. Have long-term vision.
4. Manage your expectations.
5. Maintain your composure.
6. If you don’t have guests you need the meeting. If you have guests the meeting needs you.
7. Positive up and negatives down.

The four stages of learning:
unconscious incompetent
conscious incompetent
conscious competent
unconscious competent

In order to develop others, you must first develop yourself.

How can you experience a breakthrough:
1. attitude 2. potential 3. action 4. results

When climbing the ladder of success: BEWARE of S.N.I.O.P.’s and T.D.S.’ers and
S.N.I.O.P. – Susceptibility negative influence of other people
T.D.S. – Toxic Dream Stealers

Become system dependent and not people dependent.

Turning dreams into reality:
1. Dream 2. deadline 3. Goal 4. Plan 5. Reality

S.M.A.R.T. goals: Specific. You know what you want to accomplish. Vague goals equate to vague results. Goals must be fully furnished with detailed description of the what, when and how.
S.M.A.R.T. gaols: measureable. You can assess your progress. Goals which can not be measured can not be managed. Your goal is measurable if anyone can tell you at the end of the deadline, whether or not you have completed your goal.
S.M.A.R.T. goals: Attainable Your goal must be within your reach in your present situation. High goals that stretch you are okay, but high AND realistic goals are better. Unattainable goals can not motivate you. Easy goals on the other hand are not challenging enough. Thus, they do not contribute to your growth.
S.M.A.R.T. goals: Relevant goals need to be parallel to your purpose in life. Relevant goals are a sure way to direct your efforts towards attaining something that is concentrated to who you are as a person. Goals are simply instruments to accomplishing one’s mission/purpose in life.
S.M.A.R.T. goals Time-sensitive gaols need to have deadlines. A goal free from time element is susceptible to procrastination.

Promise of the future is an awesome force.

Reasons make the difference in how your life works out.

Make sure the strongest pull on you is the pull of the future.

Dreams and goals can become magnets. The stronger the goal, the stronger the pull on your life.

Give yourself credit for the past, before we work on your future. What five things have you already accomplished that you are proud of.
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Designing the next 10 years of your life. Don’t think about hwat you think you can achieve, but think about what you want if everything came together for you. What do you want in the next 10 years? (Places to travel, things for other people, fitness goals, watches, boats, clothes, planes, real estate, cars, projects to support, positions with Seacret, skills you want to acquire, etc.)
1.
….
50.

What is your 1 year, 3 year, 5 year and 10 year goal?

What are your most important one year goals?
1.
2.
3.
4.

Purpose is stronger than object. Always keep in mind when they why gets strong the how gets easy. Why is each one of the 4 goals important to you?

1.
2.
3.
4.

What you become inpursuit of what you want is the most valuable part ofachievement. Set goals on what you want to become. What you achieve will help you to become andwhat you become will help you to achieve. Write a descriptive paragraph describing what kind of person must I become to achieve all that I want?

High-achievers have the ability to reach into the future for inspiration.

Four proven principles to keep in mind when setting goals:
1. As soon as you accomplish a goal always replace it with a new goal to achieve.

2. How much should you earn? Earn as much as you can.

3. How much should you accomplish? Accomplish all that you can.

4. How much should you do? Do all that you can.

Rocking chair visualization – Picture you have accomplished all your goals and how you feel. Picture you didn’t accomplish your goals and how you feel.

Some people tattoo “Born to Lose” in their mind.

The “too cool disease” will make you broke.

MLM University Training Module 5 Compensation Plan

Presidential Economic Advisor and Author Paul Zane Pilzer said, “I predict that 10 million new millionaires will be created in the direct selling industry by 2016.

The four most popular compensation plans in direct sales:

1. Stair Step Breakaway/Coded plans – The downfall to this compensation plan is when people in your organization have success and you lose your income or get “cut off”.

2. Unilevel – The drawback to this compensation plan is that it is limited in depth so you only get paid through a certain amount of levels. This plan was popular in the 70s and 80s. People can have 7 lines of sponsorship.
Nu skin, ACN, Amway, and Avon.

3. Forced Matrix – The disadvantage of this plan is you are limited to width and depth. You can’t make more than the top.

4. Binary – The newest and most popular compensation plan today is binary. There are no depth restrictions to the binary plan. In order to mathematically pay on unlimited levels a business must max out to ensure that both distributors and the company earn a profit. (Note: Seacrets Max Pay on a business center is $25000/week).

50-50 Binary Plan – You must evenly match your volume (typically 1000 BV left and 1000 BV right) in order to generate a commission. Example: 1000 BV left 1000 BV right = $100

1/3 – 2/3 Binary Plan – You only have to match half of your strong side volume to generate a commission. Seacret makes it easier to earn commissions by increasing payout and making the retention of your agents higher.

Seacret has multiple ways to get paid:
1 Retail
2 Preferred Customer Program
3 Team commissions
4 Leadership match bonus
5 Performance bonuses

Retail sales – You can earn 20-50% commission through hosting a spa party. The average spa party has $500-$1000 in sales. $500 x 25% = you earn $125. Monthly income potential for throwing 1 spa party per week is $125 x 4 = $500 a month.

Preferred customers – Receive exclusive offers including 20-50% off every purchase. Salt & Oil scrub retails for $49.95. Body Butter retails for $49.95, so the retail value for both is $99.90. The preferred customer price for both is $49.95.
Enroll 4 Pay No More: 4 Preferred Customers with a 50 ADP Order = 200 ADV for a $200 total. ADP divided by 4 = $50 in ADP credit every month for the preferred customer!

When a penny is doubled everyday for 30 days:
Day 5 0.16
Day 10 5.12
Day 15 163.84
Day 20 5242.88
Day 25 167772.16
Day 30 5368709.12

Team Commissions for volume in the lesser leg: 20 x 10 x 35 x %15 = $1000/month
20 x 10 x 35 x %15 = $100000/month

Ledership match/Check match:
Bronze Director 20%
Silver Director 10% 2nd generation
Gold Director 10% 3rd generation
Ruby Director 10% 4th generation

Example of check match:
Level 1 has 5 agents that make $1000 per week and you make 20% so that is $1000/week.
Level 2 has 25 agents that make $1000 per week and you make 10% so that is $2500 per week.
Level 3 has 125 agents that make $1000 per week and you make 10% so that is $12500 per week.
Level 4 has 625 agents that make $1000 per week and you make 10% so that is $62500 per week.
Your total earnings is $314000/month.

Performance Bonuses:
Silver $1000 one-time, $600 monthly car
Gold $3000 one-time, $600 monthly car, $600 monthly lifestyle
Ruby $7000 one-time, $800 monthly car, $800 monthly lifestyle
Emerald $40000 one-time, $1000 monthly car, $1000 monthly lifestyle
Diamond $200000 one-time, $1500 monthly car, $1500 monthly lifestyle
Double Diamond $250000 one-time, $2000 monthly car, $2000 monthly lifestyle
Crown $1000000 one-time, $3000 monthly car, $3000 monthly lifestyle

Pay period deadline is Sunday 11:59 PM (pac)

Set a goal:
Enrolling 1 ADP a day for a year anywhere in your pay leg your income is $3100/month residual.
Enrolling 3 ADPs a day for a year anywhere in your pay leg your income is $7300 a month residual.
Enrolling 5 ADP’s a day for a year anywhere in your pay leg your income is $11100 per month residual.
Enrolling 10 ADP’s a day for a year anywhere in your pay leg your income is $21100 per month residual.

Successfully building a binary plan is easier to do fast than to build slow.

Six proven reasons why the fundamental foundation to success is developing stars:
1. simplicity creates duplication – Success breeds success
2. strengthens the relationship – You can get everything you want if you will help enough other people get what they want.
3. creates momentum – promoting stars is the catalyst to spark your meomentum.
4. goals streamline focus – focusing agents on their first mission will give them direction.
5. builds excitement – your team will begin to get excited when the solde purpose is to develop stars.
6. impending events develop urgency – Promoting agents before pay period deadline and before Seacret University doubles the amount of impending events in a week.

MLM University Training Module 4 How to Network

Robert Kiyosaki said, “The richest people in the world look for and build networks, everyone else just looks for work.” He wrote The Business of the 21st Century.

Five most common methods to network:
1. Warm Market Networking
2. Warm Market Referrals
3. Work your people’s people
4. Social media/online
5. Cold market (3 foot rule)

When the relationship has gone cold, you can ask, “What have you been up to?” This is for an indirect style.

For a direct style, you can tell them you have a business and thought of them.

Do NOT give phone presentations.

Identify your level and the level of your prospect.

You are looking for those looking for you.

Sort, do NOT convince.

Pros sort and amateurs convince.

3% are motivators/coaches.
10% are self-motivated.
60% are motivatable.
27% are unmotivatable.

Who are in your circle of influence:
1. Close Family
2. Close friends
3. People you influence
4. I love you group
5. love you group

Who are in your circle of concern:
1. distant relatives
2. distant friends
3. people you influence
4. facial recognition / facebook
5. ex-coworker / classmates

Six reminders when constructing your list:
1. Never pre-judge – The people you think will won’t, and the ones you think won’t will.
2. Recruit up- N.C.D.A.R.T. (Network, Credibility, Desire, Attitude, Resources, Teachability)

Bigger is better – The bigger your list, the more posture you have.

Show your team your list. Your team will duplicate you.

Grow your list. Your list should get bigger and not smaller.

Get referrals. Your best people will be referrals.

Understanding different personalities:
You can ask, “What did you like best?”

Shark/Red – These people are driven and like recognition and money.

Whale/Yellow – These people are cause motivated and like to serve others and help people. They can sometimes be religious.

Dolphin/Blue – These people enjoy fun and like to party late. They are not interested in the business details.

Sea Urchin/Green – These people like facts and details. This can include scientists and engineers.

You can’t say the right thing to the wrong person and you can’t say the wrong thing to the right person.

The more you say, the more they judge. The less you say, the less they judge.

People will be impressed by your height of enthusiasm more than your depth of knowledge.

Successful inviting is based on timing and not talent.

Spend 1 minute with 100 people, not 100 minutes with 1 person.

SW, SW, SW, SWN – Some will, some won’t, some wait, so who’s next.
Be ready to next people. They will say yes later.

Networking is a prcess and not an event.
Fortune is in the follow-up.

1st base – 1 on 1, 2 on 1, or referral to the website finallyachange.com

2nd base – Conference call, 3-way call

3rd base – Open house, spa parties

4th base – Seacret University

We do not have meetings, seminars or presentations. We do sit downs with (exclusive).

This doesn’t “cost money”, this is a real investment and people can trust you that it’s real.

People don’t join, they start working with us.

This is not an “opportunity”, people are lucky to get this chance.

Instead of telling people you will meet them there, tell them you will come and pick them up.

Instead of doing something tomorrow, do it today.

Whoever asks questions, controls the conversation. Get people in a “yes mode”. Discuss family, occupation, recreation and money.
Answer a question with a question.

Tap rooting is driving depth in your team. Tap rooting will secure your organization’s success. You want to drive your outside left and outside right.

Phase 1 Money Making – You have forward leaning motion and you are excited and experiencing growth and momentum.

Phase 2 Overseeing doers – You have slowed down, you are having problems, becoming a complainer and are losing momentum.

Phase 3 Overseeing overseers – You have stopped working, you have a lot of problems, you are very negative and are seeing negative momentum.

Phase 4 Overseeing overseers of overseers – You are looking at other opportunities or a job and you are blaming everyone else and have lost most of your team.

If you enroll 5 new agents on autoship per day in a pay leg, in 1 year you will make 63875 BV per month x 15% is $9500 per month + $1600 per month lifestyle/car bonus, then your total income will be $11,100 per month.

************************************
Deal with Objections

Is this a pyramid?
What is a pyramid? (wait for answer)
Obviously, Seacret is a network marketing company. Warren Buffet, Donald Trump & Richard Branson are three of the world’s most well known billionaires and all of them own network marketing companies. Obviously, you can see network marketing is not a pyramid.

Only people at the top make the money.
Where do you work? Does your boss make more money than you? Does his boss make more than him? Then does the boss that sits at the very top make the most money? Obvriously, to me that sounds like the people at the top of your company make all of the money.

If Seacret is so good, why don’t you put $2049 for me?
Obviously, I know that Seacret works, I just don’t know if you are going to work. I’m giving you a chance, if you don’t believe in yourself enough to put in $1499, then why would I invest in you?

Am I really going to make money?
Only you can answer that question, you will get out of Seacret what you put into it. Obviously, the person I am working with is making some serious money and they will help us too.

I’ll get started if my friends get started first.
Realize by doing that they are going to get in first and you are going to end up on their team and they won’t end up on yours. We are looking for courageous people, and courageous people make decisions first.

My friend tried this before and it didn’t work.
Obviously there are people in Seacret that are making fortunes so it works. It looks like your friend gave up too soon.

Is this like Pre-paid legal, 2by2, Monavie or ACN?
This is like Pre-paid legal, 2by2, Monavie or ACN like your girlfriend is like your ex-girlfriend. They are both females, they both have 2 arms, two legs and hair. Obviously, if you look closely on the outside they are different but if you look on the inside they are extremely different.

I’m satisfied with my income, I like what I do.
How much money have you saved for a rainy day? We all could use some extra cash. We have a spare tire in our car just in case. Look, shouldn’t we have a spare tire in life? Obviously a second stream of income would be a good idea wouldn’t it?

I am not interested.
What are you not interested in, making a fortune or having more freedom?

I need to talk it over with my parent/spouse.
Why would you want to talk it over with them? What type of work does your parent/spouse do right now? Have they made a fortune in the skin care industry before? The only advice someone can give us is from their own experience and obviously it looks like your parent/spouse has no experience in our induustry.

**************************************
What is a cushion and why should I use one? Many times people don’t want a solution as much as they want to be heard and understood. So be sure you listen to their objection even though you may of heard their objection many times before. Always listen like you are hearing it for the first time. Wait until they are done sharing their objection then use a cusion: ”I can appreciate your concern, thank you for sharing that with me.” or ” I know how you feel, I felt the same way.” Understand them, and try to jump on their side, be an assistant buyer. Never argue with them, assist them to get started. If nothing else, get referrals from every prospect.

Here are some objections:

I need to think about it.
What do you need to think about? (Be quiet and wait for their response.) Then address their concerns.

I am not good at sales.
What hand do you write with? If I paid you $50,000 to write with your other hand would you learn?
Obviously, we have a system that will teach you our business.

I don’t have many friends.
You only need 2. If you had a wedding, how many people would show up?

I don’t have $2049.
How many years have you been working? One year and you haven’t saved up $2049, it’s time you did something about that don’t you think? If I told you I would give you a new Mercedes for $2049 how would you get the money?

I don’t have the time or I am too busy.
Obviously there are 168 hours a week, what are you doing with your time? (Grab a pen and write out what they do with their time.)

How much do you make?
(Tell the truth) In the next 30 days my goal is to earn (income goal), but obviously what I am more excited about is the money you can make.

It sounds too good to be true.
Isn’t that what we dram of? Obviously, successful peole have the ability to recognize opportunity while average people can’t recognize it. Would you like to become successful?

I have seen this kind of thing before.
Just like you have seen a lotto ticket before, we obviously don’t make money by seeing things we obviously have got to try them.

MLM is saturated or my friends wouldn’t be interested.
Obviously, there are more than 11 million people in So Cal,, obviously all we need to do is find you two people.” (or enter your city and population)

Le me do some research
Our parent company has already done $500 million in retail sales, you would agree that they have already done the research wouldn’t you?
